Adam has been making craft beer with friends, old and new, since 2008. When not in the brewery he can be found doing 5 year old stuff with his daughter, at a pump track, skate park, beach or pool near you.

Poet has been involved with beverage alcohol promotion and sales since 2005. Raised in Dartmouth and now raising her own kids in the neighbourhood she can often be found cheering them on in sports gyms, pools, or the shores of Lake Banook. Other than work and kids, she loves baking and making things by hand.

Russel hails from small town New Brunswick and has been with Lake City since its inception. Chances are if you have had a pint of our cider at our cozy taproom or elsewhere in the province, he has had a hand in getting it to you. When he isn't working, you can find him playing one of many sports: pickleball, softball or curling or enjoying a glass of cider with friends and family!
